Fees, Payment, Insurance & EAP

My fee is $145 per 60 minute session. Payment is due in full at the time of the appointment. I accept personal checks, cash and card or bank payments via PayPal. Merchant fees may apply. The cost of career testing depends on your need and interest in assessments. I offer journal exercises free of charge and online testing and materials for which there is a fee of $70 each.

If you are interested in seeking insurance coverage for my services, please check to see if your carrier covers LPCs. I am in network with PacificSource, Aetna, Providence and UnitedHealthcare. Clients with other plans may check to see if they are eligible for partial reimbursement. If that's the case, I can provide you with a receipt or super bill to submit to your insurance provider.
